Campaign Toolkit

We want to make your job as a United Way campaign coordinator as easy and rewarding as possible.

Within this toolkit, we have provided all of the materials you need to make your company's campaign a success. You are encouraged to work with your Campaign Committee member to determine what pieces will work best for your campaign.

Corporate Online Campaign

An Online Campaign page specific to your business can make it easy to keep track of your workplace campaign. If you would like an online campaign page to collect pledges and one-time donations, please let us know. Once our office issues you the web address for your campaign site you may share it with your employees. Each employee will register their payroll deduction pledge on this site. When submitted the Campaign Coordinator, employee (if they provide and email) and the ARUW office will receive a confirmation of the pledge. At any time during your campaign you may contact our office to have a full report downloaded and emailed to you. This will be helpful in getting all of the results in an easy to use format for your payroll department.
